Edition Date: 12/26/19. Starting 4/20/20, USCIS will only accept the 12/26/19 edition. Until then, the 5/31/18 edition can be used. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.

Update to Form N-648, Medical Certification for Disability Exceptions. New Edition Dated 05/23/19.

Edition Date: 05/23/19. A medical professional must certify your Form N-648 within six months of you submitting your form to us. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.

Update to Form I-730, Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition. New Edition Dated 09/17/19.

February 10, 2020

Edition Date: 09/17/19. Starting 04/13/20, USCIS will only accept the 09/17/19 edition. Until then, the 05/30/17 edition can be used. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.

Update to Form N-426, Request for Certification of Military or Naval Service. New Edition Dated 09/16/19.

Edition Date: 09/16/19. Starting 04/06/20, USCIS will only accept the 09/16/19 edition. Until then, the 07/25/17 edition can be used. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.

Update to Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification. New Edition Dated 10/21/19.

January 31, 2020

Edition Date: 10/21/19. From January 31, employers may use either the 07/17/17 N or the 10/21/2019 version until April 30. Starting May 1, employers can only use the 10/21/19 version. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.

Update to Form I-129S, Nonimmigrant Petition Based on Blanket L Petition. New Edition Dated 11/08/19.
