The USCIS Contact Center gives users throughout the country another way to get consistent, accurate information and assistance on immigration Services and Benefits.
For the general public with immigration/naturalization questions and to request expedited processing of an Employment Authorization Document (I-766), you can use our many online tools including our virtual assistant, Emma. If you are not able to find the information you need online, you can reach out to the USCIS Contact Center.
The IER is available to answer your questions about unfair immigration-related employment practices and discrimination against workers on the basis of a worker’s citizenship or immigration status, or based on the worker’s national origin, including discrimination in the Form I-9 process.
